Our head Owner/Chef Ayhan Barlas has over 25 years of experience as a pastry chef and also in the kitchens of several 5 star hotels. Ayhan has spent the last 15 years as the Executive Chef of Daniel's Broiler South Lake Union. Now the past 6 years owning Ada’s. Specializing in both traditional and modern Turkish dishes. His expertise shines through in his ability to blend bold Turkish flavors with contemporary techniques, offering an unforgettable dining experience. Specializing in many different cuisines.
