AYHAN BARLAS

Owner/Chef Ayhan Barlas has over 25 years of experience as a pastry chef and also in the kitchens of several 5 star hotels. Ayhan has spent the last 15 years as the Executive Chef of Daniel's Broiler South Lake Union, which has been a staple of fine dining and one of the best steakhouses in the Pacific Northwest, for many years. Now, he brings his expertise to Phinney Ridge and full-fills a lifelong passion of cooking his favorite Turkish dishes along side the American classics with an added European flare at Ada's Restaurant & Bar.
